By purchasing you must read and agree to the following polices.

-MDL Power Sports.com ship all product brand new, never open, in factory packaging
-All package are inspected by our staff to ensure product is brand new prior to shipping
-We are responsible for loading merchandise to shipping carrier; Customers will be liable for any issues thereafter.
-Tracking number will be sent via email or contact.
-We highly recommend our customer with minor mechanical skills (or help from friends) prior to installing our product.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING (SECTION 1)
Payment (SECTION 1.1)
MDL Power Sports.com accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Please verify all your personal information prior to submitting your order. Any false or incorrect information will delay your order. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be process the next business day.

MDL Power Sports also accept wire transfer, money order, cashier checks and personal check($20 for bounce checks). (NO COD)
SHIPPING (SECTION 1.2)
-MDL Power Sports.com ship merchandise within 24-48 hours of payment.
-MDL Power Sports.com do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays.
-Delivery time takes approximately 5 to 10 business day.
-MDL Power Sports.com do not accept international order unless with orders of containers.
-MDL Power Sports.com ship to lower 48 states, WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALASKA, CANADA, PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, and VIRGIN ISLAND
-Local pickups; please contact for more details.
-Any package refuse by customer are subject to 25% restocking fee
-Insurance with your purchases is highly recommended. (MDL Power Sport. does NOT cover any damage cause by shipping carrier)*
Lost package or shipping damage
-In an event of damage or lost shipping, MDL Power sports will assist on necessary documention to sucessufully retrieve your claim.

-All return subject to 25% restocking fee, buyer is responsible for shipping.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY (SECTION 3)
READ THE USER MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU USE THE BIKE WEAR HELMET AND PROTECTIVE GEAR WHEN RIDING ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLE
I being above age 18, or the parent of a child under the age of 18, agrees to all terms as follows:

I acknowledge and understand that riding an ATV, Gasoline or Electric Scooter, Electric Bikes, Mini Bike, Pocket Bike, Super Bike, Choppers, Go Carts, Generators, Mobility scooters, Dirt Bikes and/or other roller sports are hazardous and dangerous activities that require strenuous exercise and various degrees of skill and experience for the different skating surfaces and venues. I understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume and any and all risk of loss, damage or injury while using these an ATV, Gasoline or Electric Scooter, Electric Bikes, Mini Bike, Pocket Bike, Super Bike, Choppers, Go Carts, Generators, Mobility scooters, Dirt Bikes.

I am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with any and all activities possible with use of an ATV, Gasoline or Electric Scooter, Electric Bikes, Mini Bike, Pocket Bike, Super Bike, Choppers, Go Carts, Generators, Mobility scooters, Dirt Bikes as well as those inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability in participating in any roller sport event. I am aware that the usual risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increases when using ramps, curbs, steps, half pipes, inclines, or declines, bowls or any other structures or device.

I also understand that these risks, hazards are dangerous are further increased when the persons, whether of the same level of experience or skill are using the same an ATV, Gasoline or Electric Scooter, Electric Bikes, Mini Bike, Pocket Bike, Super Bike, Choppers, Go Carts, Generators, Mobility scooters, Dirt Bikes.

I hereby agree to release and forever discharge MDL Power Sports.com Sales, and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustee and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses and attorney fee which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the an ATV, Gasoline or Electric Scooter, Electric Bikes, Mini Bike, Pocket Bike, Super Bike, Choppers, Go Carts, Generators, Mobility scooters, Dirt Bikes, use of equipment or property supplied by MDL Power Sports.com Sales or my presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller or the manufacturer or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from MDL Power Sports.com Sales and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustee and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf.

This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.

I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending payment for them, I assume all risks and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or posses. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's activities with the above item.

Legal status of products It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regards to the possession, and use of any item purchased from MDL Power Sports.com Sales. All equipments are sold subject to a public law 90-351, Tittle III, u.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinance or international laws. Consult your local, state and county laws before purchasing if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing and order, the buyer represents that the products ordered would be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. MDL Power Sports.com Sales will not be liable for the misuse of any products purchased from MDL Power Sports.com Sales or any of our distributors or agents. Should your item be confiscated by customs in your country you will NOT be refunded and you waive any rights you may have to deny your payment to us. Again, if you are in doubt check your local laws BEFORE purchasing this item.
Additional Clause for Purchases through MDL Power Sports.com: (SECTION 4)
Seller is not responsible for any/all damages caused by improper assembly and/or misuse of products purchased.
